01Aspan

Aspan means sky in Kazakh.

We took the name for what it describes: open space, clarity, and enough altitude to see past the constraint directly in front of you. It also turns out to be a fair description of how we work.

Most product decisions get made inside a constraint nobody questions: a deadline, a legacy screen, a stack someone picked three years ago. Our job is to look over it and still ship on time.

02Stance

Software gets shipped. Products get finished.

The gap between those two words decides everything else on this page: what we take on, how we scope it, and what happens after launch.

01

A product is a system, not a stack of screens.

Type, spacing, components, states and data all follow the same rules. Decide once, reuse everywhere. Consistency outlives novelty.

02

Launch is the middle, not the end.

Infrastructure, releases and monitoring are part of the job. Software you can't deploy a second time isn't finished.

03

Scope is a design decision.

Better to cut one feature than ship six that nobody carries to done. What gets left out shapes the product as much as what goes in.

04

Code is read more often than it's written.

Clear architecture and tested paths, so that two years from now your team can still move fast in the same codebase.

03What we take on

So we take the whole product.

Not hours, not a single mockup, not a screen someone else has to wire up. Four kinds of work, and we own all four at once.

01

Strategy and research

We turn requirements into a scope that survives production: decisions, trade-offs, and a plan you can actually build from.

  • Research
  • Scope and roadmap
  • Technical planning
  • Prototypes
02

Product design

The interface is designed as a system, not as a set of screens. Type, spacing, states and components are defined once and reused everywhere.

  • UX
  • UI
  • Design systems
  • Web design
03

Engineering

Web and mobile apps, backend services, APIs and integrations. Code written to be read, extended and maintained by whoever comes next.

  • Frontend
  • Backend
  • Mobile
  • APIs and integrations
04

Launch and operations

Launch is the middle of the project. We set up infrastructure, releases and monitoring, then keep building on the product from there.

  • Infrastructure
  • Deployment
  • CI/CD
  • Monitoring and support
04How it works

From idea to growth, with no hand-off.

One team runs every stage, so a decision made during research reaches production intact. Each stage has an owner, an output, and a decision to make before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Idea

We start with the business problem, not a feature list.

  2. 02

    Research

Requirements, constraints, users, scope and risks.

  3. 03

    Design

Flows, interface, and the design system everything else is built on.

  4. 04

    Build

    Frontend, backend, mobile, APIs, infrastructure.

  5. 05

    Launch

    Environments, releases and production readiness.

  6. 06

    Support

Monitoring, maintenance and a predictable release cadence.

  7. 07

    Growth

The product keeps getting better after launch.

A process is only worth describing if something comes out the other end.

05Work

What we've built.

Live sites — each one opens in a new tab. We'll walk you through any of them in detail on request.

06Partners

Who we have worked with.

Companies we have designed, built and shipped products for.
